Our rates include breakfast, along with parking and are quoted on a per night, per room basis – two people sharing.

We do not accept children under the age of 16. Children over the age of 16 will be charged at the full adult rate.

Our minimum length of stay is TWO NIGHTS October 1 to April 30.
Our minimum length of stay is THREE NIGHTS April 30 to September 30.
We do not accept check-ins on Sunday’s.
However, if you require a variation to our normal terms and conditions, then please contact us directly. Booking’s made online can’t be subjected to any alteration in terms, although we may be able to accommodate your request, if gaps in the diary appear.
Terms & Conditions
Guests that book directly with us benefit from a wider variation to availability and cancellation too. For bookings made directly with us, the following terms apply:
If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, then cancellation is free of charge
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, but more than two, then the first night of any stay is charged.
If the booking is cancelled less than two days before arrival, then 100 per cent of the stay will be charged.
DEPOSIT POLICY – DIRECT BOOKINGS
We will take a single night deposit at the time of booking. This will be refunded, only if the cancellation is made 14 days or more before check-in date, as set out in our cancellation policy. Cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date will be subject to charges, as set out in the cancellation policy.
DEPOSIT POLICY – OTHER BOOKING AGENTS
For bookings made with booking.com and other online travel agents, our cancellation rates are much stricter, hence why we encourage bookings to come directly to ourselves.
To cover eventualities that may arise from having to cancel a reservation that is not refundable, we strongly recommend that guests take out an appropriate level of travel insurance.
