Our Breakfast

Typical Breakfast menu consists of:

Fruit juice . Grape fruit segments . Choice of cereals . Wholemeal or white toast . Prunes . Natural yogurt

Followed by full english cooked breakfast using locally sourced fresh ingredients from Lobbs Farm Butchers at Heligan, or smoked salmon with cornish free range scrambled eggs and tea & coffee.

Croissants available on prior request.

Vegetarian option available.
